RENEWAL OF TRADEMARK
- A notarized Power of Attorney (Word file) (PDF file) from the trademark owner. Legalization is not necessary (a fax copy is acceptable at filing provided that the original is submitted within 60 days from the filing date);
- A copy of Certificate of Trademark Registration (required at filing);
- 20 specimens of the registered mark (required at filing).
