RENEWAL OF TRADEMARK

• A notarized Power of Attorney (Word file) (PDF file) from the trademark owner. Legalization is not necessary (a fax copy is acceptable at filing provided that the original is submitted within 3 months from the filing date); 
• Original Certificate of Trademark Registration (required at filing); 
• Original endorsed Affidavit of Use/Non-use (required at filing);
• 20 specimens of the registered mark (required at filing).
